1. Preamble
MassCat application is published by the company SMC, based at 109 rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France. By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.
2. Intellectual Property
All content within the application, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of SMC. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
3. Use of the Application
Access to MassCat is reserved for users who are at least 18 years old and compliant with local laws.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
MassCat offers a free plan and three paid plans: Starter, Pro and Unlimited, billed every 30 days or yearly. Paid plans come with a 3-day free trial, available once per store. After the trial period, subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Existing subscriptions keep their price. Subscription to MassCat is only available via the Shopify App Store and is billed by Shopify.
5. Free Trial and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app or your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, after which the store moves to the Free plan. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.
6. Prohibited Use
Using MassCat for illegal or harmful activities is prohibited. Any violation will result in account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
MassCat cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
