Pricing FAQ

What counts as a product?
Each distinct product MassCat writes to: added to or removed from a collection, or tagged. A product counted once in a 30-day window isn't counted again in that window. Previews, searches, emptying a collection and undo never count.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans include a 3-day free trial, once per store. The Free plan lets you try MassCat on 50 of your own products with no time limit.

I already pay for MassCat. Does my price change?
No. Existing subscriptions keep their price and unlimited access.

How am I billed?
Through your Shopify invoice, in USD. Yearly plans give you 2 months free. You can change plan or cancel from the app at any time.

What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your store moves to the Free plan. There is no refund for the current period.

Are some features reserved to higher plans?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans only differ by how many products you update.
